Today, we address a significant and solemn moment. The Council of the Village of Fundy Albert has accepted the resignation of our Mayor, Robert Rochon. On behalf of the entire administration, I would like to express our deep gratitude for Mayor Rochon’s dedicated service and leadership to Fundy Albert and to the Village Hillsborough before that.
During Mayor Rochon’s tenure, the community has seen growth and development. His vision and commitment have been instrumental in driving numerous initiatives that have positively impacted the lives of our residents. From infrastructure improvements to community programs, Mayor Rochon’s has worked tirelessly to make our municipality a better place for all.
While we are saddened by Mayor Rochon’s departure, we respect his decision and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. His legacy of service and dedication will continue to inspire us as we move forward.
As we transition through this period, I want to assure our residents and staff that the administration remains committed to maintaining stability and continuity in our operations. We will work closely with the council to ensure that the priorities and projects initiated under Mayor Rochon’s leadership continue to progress smoothly.
