PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fundy Albert Village Council is considering the adoption of a Rural Plan. The purpose of the Fundy Albert Rural Plan is to consolidate the former Rural Plans for the Village of Alma, the Village of Riverside-Albert, the Village of Hillsborough, and the Westmorland-Albert Planning Area into a single Rural Plan.
A public hearing to consider objections to the proposed changes will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 6:30 p.m at the Hillsborough Kiwanis Community Centre, 47 Legion Street, Hillsborough, NB. Written objections will be accepted until 11:00am on the day of the hearing, and shall be addressed to the Village Clerk, Hillsborough Municipal Office, 61 Academy Street, Hillsborough, NB, E4H 2R4, or by email at CAO@fundyalbert.ca Any person who wishes to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard and may contact CAO@fundyalbert.ca for instructions on how to participate in the public hearing.
